At Eurofit Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware and home fittings; if an item isn't right for your project, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all screws, fixings, and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the return label and send the package back to our distribution center using a tracked courier service to ensure safe arrival.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
